I’m Alex, a meticulously organized Video Editor, Motion Designer, and Musician with 10 years of professional Broadcast Commercial & Corporate Communications experience.

I am committed to delivering engaging, broadcast quality content through innate creative drive, continuous exploration of new ideas and technologies, and open communication and collaboration with clients and coworkers. I continuously strive to exceed expectations over and over again, which has led to Addy, Telly, Webby, and Emmy award winning content. These traits have been integral to developing unique concepts and positive outcomes for clients in their video and marketing strategies.

I started obsessively watching movies, learning instruments (piano, followed by clarinet, saxophone, drums, and guitar), and gaming at age 7. Musical form and timing is the backbone of my visual compositions, and I am equally influenced by bands like Led Zeppelin, Neon Indian, Phoenix, and The Books, as I am by Zelda, Halo, and 8-bit compositions, and film composers like Alan Silvestri and Hans Zimmer.

Working in Post Production houses for 10 Years has gifted me a wide range of skills working both on and off set. I have a seasoned, well rounded understanding of film having done every role of pre, during, and post production. As an Editor, 2D Motion Graphics Animator, and Musician, I am a knowledgeable, flexible asset to any team, as well as individually set to carry out a project from start to finish.
